Ringo Valvulas completes the supply of Top Entry ball Valves for GALP refinery at Sines, Portugal

Ringo Valvulas has successfully completed the supply of 16 units of Top Entry ball valves for the GALP – Sines Refinery in Portugal. The supply includes valves of 8” & 10” in class 2500 lbs as well as valves from 2” to 18” in class 1500 lbs. All valves are pneumatic operated by Fire Proof ROTORK or METSO pneumatic actuators.

All valves conform the requirements of fugitive emissions required by TA-LUFT certification and have been subject to Helium test as part of the production tests.

The supply includes metal to metal seated valves designed to operate at temperatures over 300º C (the order includes two pieces of 14”-1500 lbs made in Cr-Mo alloy steel for high temperature service).
