Ringo Válvulas has been awarded with a contract for the Krsko Nuclear Power Plant (Slovenia) and is going to supply, through its partner Tecnatom, a package of 5 safety related valves for the Alternate Residual Heat Removal system (ARHR).

Scope of the contract:

Swing check 12” 400# SA351 CF8M: 2 pieces

Swing check 8” 400# SA351 CF8M: 4 pieces

Swing check 6” 400# SA351 CF8M: 1 pieces

All valves are nuclear class 2 and have to be designed, manufactured and inspected to be N-Stamped according to ASME section III. This is an important milestone for Ringo Válvulas because it is the first supply of N-Stamped valves and therefore it means a qualitative step forward in its expansion process in the nuclear market.
